Shipping Policy

Processing Time

– Orders are usually processed within 48 hours
– During peak periods, please allow up to 3 business days
– Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link


Estimated Delivery Times

– United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: 4 to 12 business days after processing
– Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days after processing


Shipping & Packaging

– Some branded items may arrive in non-branded packaging to allow faster and more efficient delivery
– This does not affect the authenticity or quality of the product
– Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays
– Orders are not shipped on the same day they are placed


Tracking & Delivery

– A tracking link will be sent by email once your order ships
– Please allow up to 48 hours to receive the tracking information
– If the tracking does not update within 7 to 10 days, contact the courier directly before reaching out to us
– Packages may or may not require a signature
– If the area is considered unsafe, your package may be held at a local post office or delivery may be rescheduled


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

– If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be delayed by 1 to 2 business days
– Customers are responsible for verifying all shipping and billing details before checkout
– If a package is returned due to an address issue, we can either reship it or issue a refund


International Taxes & Duties

– If you are ordering from outside the United States, local customs may charge duties, taxes, or fees
– These charges are not collected by us and must be paid directly to your local carrier or customs office
– We ship internationally under DDU terms (Duties and Taxes Unpaid), meaning those fees are not included in your order total
